You are invited to use synergetic effect!
 We proudly present our new foam injector ST-166. This two component cleaning accessory is especially designed for the disinfection of vehicles carrying cattle, food, frozen foods and fish in order to avoid bacterial spread. Furthermore, it is used in milking parlours, cattle breeding, piggery, poultry farming and in the pisciculture.
Modern multi-component cleaning products rely on the synergetic effect of their single components. The specific feature of the dual system is that the important substances needed for a high cleaning efficiency are divided up on two liquid cleaner. It is a system that makes the use of particularly efficient substances possible. In combination, both cleaner effectively remove all kinds of contamination, even in case of a small dosing. As it is mandatory to eliminate the possibility of inadequate dosing, the new two component foam injector made out of stainless steel is the right solution!
The injector can be attached to a common mobile or a fixed high pressure cleaner. By means of the included dosing inserts the optimal quantity of cleaner and the ideal ratio of mixture are set. The final cleaning is effected by the spraying unit equipped with a fan nozzle or by a foam lance (ST-72 and ST-74 especially recommended) in case of two component systems.
The foaming covers large areas and a long exposure time is guaranteed. One further advantage of the foam cleaning is that already covered surfaces are easily seen. The injector is designed for an inlet pressure of max. 350 bar and suitable for up to 150 °C due to the used high quality material.

Relief valve ST-230 - available as 350 bar version now!
 The relief valve ST-230 is a technically high quality product which is designed to be attached in professionally used high pressure units and protects against inadmissible pressure. The valve opens if the pressure exceeds a value that has been defined and set before.
Due to the excellent switching behaviour and the good reliability of the regulation valve ST-291, we succeeded in convincing several OEMs working with 350 bar. Therefore, it was obvious to refine the ST-230. We lost no time in realizing this project as we are very interested in continuously adapting our products to your demands and requirements provided that it makes sense and is convertible.
The valve works according to the principle of a spring-loaded poppet seat valve. In order to avoid a mix-up of springs which hardly differ from each other, the replacement kits of both versions are equipped with different diameters so that they are not interchangeable. All components are made out of corrosion-resistant material. The 350 bar version is easily identified by having a corrosion-resistant, silver-coloured, galvanic coating on the outside of the check nut. |

Introduction of the new foam and disinfectant unit ST-163
 |
What it is? The newly innovative ST-163 stands for a movable and very efficient foam and disinfectant unit which is indispensable in areas that need to be frequently cleaned and disinfected. This product really helps to safeguard a high standard of hygiene - guaranteed with a maximum of flexibility and economy.
The new development is especially designed for the cleaning of vehicles carrying cattle, food, frozen foods and fish in order to avoid bacterial spread. The ST-163 is also applicable in cleaning milking parlours, cattle breeding, piggery, poultry farming and in the pisciculture. Being suitable for lathering, rinsing and disinfection it is designed for an operating pressure of 50 - 300 bar and a flow of 8 - 30 l/min. It needs to be connected to a high pressure system.

Suttner high pressure quick couplings ST-45-250, ST-45-600 and ST-3100

The newly developed high pressure quick coupling ST-45-250 was introduced to you in our newsletter 04 - 2009. These versions have now been enlarged by the ST-45-600. ST-45-600 is made out of stainless steel and designed for up to 600 bar and 150 °C. Moreover, this product line is reasonably completed by the high pressure quick coupling ST-3100.
We would like to stress that all high pressure quick couplings offered to you in our range of products are Made in Germany and solely manufactured at Suttner. Our trained as well as accurate quality management permanently observes all production processes and thus guarantees a constantly high quality. ST-29 Cool & Compact - stainless steel lances in ergonomic wave design!

The ST-28 Cool & Compact lances offered to you in our range have so far been made out of zinc plated steel. The new ST-29 stainless steel lances made out of AISI 304 / 1.4301 equipped with a rolled 1/4" male thread are available from today.
The insulated grip is made out of expanded polypropylene (PP). The expansion improves the grade of insulation and reduces the weight. We guarantee you that you enjoy having the ergonomically moulded grip in your hands as cleaning is also definitely less strenuous. Our recommendation is to simply test this new product as it is an experience which is really worthwhile.
The ST-29 Cool & Compact lances are available in the following lengths: 500, 600, 700, 900 and 1200 mm. They are designed for max. 400 bar and max. 150 °C.

ST-1100 - frost-proof weep version
As an alternative to the high-end easywash365+ product which is developed on the basis of the ST-2600 with LTF technology the price conscious car wash supplier is provided with the small cousin ST-1100.
Due to the durable metal components of the interior and the robust vented handles made out of plastic the ST-1100 is the ideal spray gun for self-service car wash. The ergonomic shape with reduced dimension has so far been available only in a standard version. With effect from today we also offer you a frost-proof version with weep function. Both versions optically differ as the safety catch at the new model is blue instead of black. They are both equipped with 3/8" female thread and also with an integrated swivel.
Moreover, these spray guns are designed for a pressure range of max. 210 bar, a flow rate of max. 25 l/min and a temperature range of max. 150 °C.

Unloader ST-291 with convincingly technical specifications!
The long endurance tests also in comparison with valves produced by other manufacturers have been successfully brought to a close. So the release of our construction team is there! As we do not want to withhold this convincing result from you any longer we would like to immediately introduce it to you.

Moreover, the unloader ST-291 is equipped with a thread for fixing it at the frame of your high pressure cleaner. There are two different versions of the Unloader ST-291 available - one with and one without an electric switch. The model without a switch can be easily retrofitted with it. This is unique and also reduces your stock!
According to in-house statements the switch with protection class IP 67 which is used for this valve is "as water-proof as a submarine". As you see only quality counts! Unlike to other valves the switch does not come into contact with water or other mediums as it is mounted on the outside of the valve and mechanically operated by the piston rod. It is of the directional contact type i.e. that a contact is produced in any position.

easywash365+ elbow swivels replace the previous ones from R+M
 Before releasing the new easywash365+ elbow swivels we have extensively tested if they entirely come up to our standard. The response is a resounding "yes". It goes without saying that we would not introduce them to you if the test results did not come up to our complete satisfaction.
The design engineers working at Suttner are very proud of the fact that product tests carried out under extreme conditions have been stopped only at 300,000 cycles. That is to say that this result helps us to be significantly above average on the market. If you would ask us, we could not tell you anybody else offhand who can keep up with us regarding these test results.
The easywash365+ elbow swivels totally made out of stainless steel replace both R+M versions, the stainless steel as well as the chromed brass ones. They are available either in 1/4" F / M or 3/8" F / M.
Two high performance double acting o-ring energized seals designed for rotation guarantee an extremely long durability at constantly free movement - even under extreme conditions. We would like to stress that the easywash365+ elbow swivels are designed for a pressure of up to 350 bar and for temperatures of up to 150 °C. Due to its compact construction and the fact that it is maintenance-free the elbow swivel is not only the ideal swivel for ceiling booms but also for e.g. hose reels and high pressure cleaner. Furthermore, the easywash365+ elbow swivels are suitable for hot and cold water applications as well as for the mediums air, oils and greases.

We are talking about the new mini-device for sewer cleaning. Being only 9 mm in diameter the nozzle withstands the working pressure of up to 500 bar. Completely sensational or what do you think? The nozzle for sewer cleaning is made out of stainless steel and equipped with three jet outlets to the back and one forward.
It is supplied with a black plastic hose with a nominal diameter of 2 and assembled with 1/8" M. The device is so suitable for all common high pressure cleaner.

Quick coupling with plastic insulation ST-45-250
 |
Two versions for you! The new Suttner quick coupling Made in Germany with 3/8" F is available in brass nickel plated and stainless steel. The ST-45-250 is designed for the pressure range of max. 250 bar and the temperature range of 150 °C. The blue plastic insulation primarily serves as heat and push protection. The possibility of burning yourself is ruled out and the coupling is protected when it is inadvertently dropped. Furthermore, the coupling supports and improves the handling with the hose.

Professional high pressure spray gun applications often take several hours without any breaks. According to the directives for liquid jet sprayers by the association of commercial and industrial workers' compensation insurance carriers a "dead man`s control" is imperatively specified. This means that the trigger of the spray gun has to be pushed during the complete period of application. A blocking of the trigger or to tie the trigger to the handle of the spray gun is strictly not allowed. In order to be in the position to work enjoyably over a longer period without a high expenditure of energy, the experienced engineers at Suttner have developed the patented LTF technology (Low Trigger Force). By means of a kind of drive this technology supports the user in opening the valve as well as in keeping it opened.

Nozzle protector ST-11
The nozzle protector ST-11 is suitable for nozzles 1/4" M. Made out of plastics intended to come into contact with foodstuffs according to Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004. Especially designed for applications in the food industry.
Available in the following colours: white, blue, red, green, yellow, grey and black.
It is clamped undetachably between the nozzle and the nozzle sleeve.

ST-2750 - the lightweight among the 500 bar guns
The ST-2750 is a spray gun made out of stainless steel designed on the basis of the ST-2700 and suitable for 500 bar. As the successor model of the ST-2705 this lightweight version is intended for all customers working with 500 bar who do not require a heavy spray gun usual in the market.
A new valve has been developed which is easily constructed and permanently up to the operational demands of applications with 500 bar. For this valve there has been registered a German utility model.
The ST-2750 is by far the lightest 500 bar spray gun (640 g) on the market.

… that the housings of the spray guns ST-3300, ST-2725 and ST-3100 are made out of materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs according to the regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004.

The Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs has been Europe-wide transformed into national law in the meantime. Expressed in simplified terms this directive stipulates from which materials articles have to be made out of that are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. The point is in particular that substances from plastic materials are transferred to the foodstuffs through contact which would change the composition of the foodstuffs and cause adverse health effects when eating them.
We do the thinking - do not worry and rest assured! Therefore, the housings and further accessories of the Suttner spray guns which are designed for applications in the food industry are entirely made out of plastics intended to come into contact with foodstuffs according to the above-mentioned directive. We are talking about all versions of the models ST-2725, ST-3100 and ST-3300. They are characterised by plastic housings made out of materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and also by a high functionality and performance.
The following characteristics would justify when these products prove to be the industry standard in the food industry: ST-3300 with its flow rate of 100 l/min., suitable for max. 150 bar at low drops in pressure by an aerodynamic construction with large cross sections; ST-2725 / ST-3100 with an integrated delayed shut-off action.

Suttner spray guns with insulated outlet!
Suttner guns ST-2300 and ST-2600 with heat protection. The heat protection as connection piece from the Suttner guns ST-2300 and ST-2600 to all lances with a big conical quick screw M22 x 1,5.
With effect from today the models with the connection thread M22 x 1,5 of the spray gun series ST-2300 and ST-2600 are equipped with an insulating piece which offers a smooth transition to the ergonomic swivel screw coupling. First of all this connection piece made out of heat resistant plastic protects from burning.
Moreover, it also has visual appeal - as this smooth transition looks like "casted". One could say that we succeeded to create a unit consisting of spray gun and lance.

Spray gun group ST-2315 / ST-2615 - excellently chemical resistance!
|
The spray gun group ST-2315 / ST-2615 is especially designed for applications when durability of gun valves at usual hp-guns is restricted by the use of corrosive mediums. Examples of use are prewash of cars, disinfection of stables, applications in the chemical industry, cleaning of railway locomotives etc.
The standard tempered stainless steel balls and seal kits are replaced by a ceramic ball together with a seal kit made out of stainless steel V4A (AISI 316ti) which is especially high-alloyed and acid-resistant. Due to the extreme hardness of the ceramic ball it is very wear-resistant and also resistant to almost all acids, alkaline solutions, demineralised waters and solvents.

Foam gun ST-2725 - also perfect for the woman’s hand!
|
The ST-2725 is especially suitable when large water flow rates are required and also for fixed pipes in medium pressure. Fields of application are the food industry, foam installations, cleaning of ships - in particular cruise liners - etc. The integrated delayed shut-off action shuts immediately but in a damped way thus reducing efficiently hydraulic shocks in pipe systems. By means of the LTF technology the gun is in particular suitable for continuous operation. The low trigger force, the compact design as well as the small weight suit it to be also perfect for the woman’s hand.
The guns of the series ST-2725 are made out of a plastic which complies with the REGULATION (EC) No 1935/2004. Therefore, the plastic parts of the ST-2725 are suitable for the contact with foodstuffs.

It is suitable for all 1/4" lances and if required, a grip can be mounted on the side at any time. Furthermore, the vented handle can be pushed over the outlet of all Suttner spray guns so that both products form an aesthetic whole. In case of hot water applications the user is steadily protected.
